Fair usage billing policy
Most enterprise marketing software charge you for the maximum amount of contacts you think you’ll need. If you buy 50,000 contacts but only use 30,000, you still get charged for 50,000. We don’t think that’s fair. And it’s also hard to predict the growth of your database in advance.
At Autopilot you’ll only get billed for what you use. So you don’t pay for more contacts than you need. And if you decide to reduce the amount of contacts in your database we’ll even add a prorated credit to your account for the reduced rate on monthly plans.

Is the 30 day trial really free?
Yes! You don't need to enter your credit card and you will get access to a full-featured account that allows you to send 100 emails and request one journey review.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You will be asked to select a plan based on your requirements and the contacts in your database. You can buy online via credit card and your trial will become your permanent account. For other payment options please speak to our sales team.
Do I need to buy Expert Setup and Onboarding?
No. Autopilot is simple enough for you to self setup and implement. However, should you need help you can purchase the add-on and get a dedicated consultant to help you get setup.
Do you offer special pricing for not-for-profits and charities?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount on all annual plans, add-ons and support packages.
How do I buy?
You can buy during your trial by navigating to settings, selecting a plan and entering your credit card details. If you are paying annually for amounts over $3,000 USD you can pay by invoice. Speak to our sales team for help.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Since our pricing is based on the amount of contacts in your database your price will change (upgrade or downgrade) as you add or remove contacts from your database. You can also change plans and add/remove add-ons based on your requirements.
What is a contact?
A contact is a unique person with a unique ID in your database. We offer many simple ways to add your contacts including spreadsheet import, CRM sync, API and form capture.
Do you have special pricing for agencies and consultants?
Not at this time. We are working on a partner program we hope to launch in late 2018.
