Our hours and response times

Our team is located in San Francisco, Minneapolis, Sydney and Berlin allowing us to provide you with live chat and support via email 24 hours a day, 5 days per week.
Live chat is only available during your trial and to paying customers on either a classic plan or those who have subscribed to the business support package.
We answer live chat and tickets in a priority order and do our best to respond as soon as possible.
Note: due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances sometimes live chat may be unavailable for certain hours.

About our support packages

Every customer has access to our community support which includes access to training sessions, our knowledge base, community forum and support tickets.
For those looking for a little bit more support and help along their journey we offer both Business and Enterprise support packages.
